The Minister for Finance and Government Business updated the Committee on changes to Government Business on Tuesday.
Business Managers noted that the motion to suspend Standing Order 11.16 to allow the The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015 to be debated would be taken after item 3 on Tuesday.
The Presiding Officer informed Business Managers that she intended to suspend proceeding for a 15 minute break before Stage 3 proceedings begin.
Motions to elect Members to committees would take place immediately after Item 2 on Wednesday.
Business Managers agreed a request by the First Minister to move the Plaid Cymru debate on Trident, to which he will be responding, to before the Welsh Conservatives debate.
Business Managers noted that on Tuesday, voting on all other items of business will take place before Stage 3 proceedings begin. On Wednesday, Business Committee agreed that Voting Time would take place before the Short Debate.
Business Committee noted the 3 Week Timetable of Government Business.

Business Managers considered a paper setting out possible options for scrutinising the Draft Wales Bill in Plenary following Business Managers’ request at the previous meeting.
Business Managers agreed to consult with their groups and return to the matter at next week’s meeting.
The Chair of the Health and Social Care Committee (HSC) wrote to the Business Committee to request an extension for its reporting deadline for the Public Health (Wales) Bill from Friday 27 November 2015 to 11 December 2015.
Business Managers agreed to return to the matter next week, following the HSC’s committee meeting on Thursday.
Business Manages considered a paper reviewing the recommendations made by the CLA committee in the report on its inquiry into making laws in Wales in so far as they relate to the Business Committee’s remit.
Business Managers agreed to consult with their groups and return to the meeting of Monday 30 November 2015.
The Committee noted the Committee Chairs’ Forum Report which will form part of the discussion on the Business Committee Legacy report at its meeting of 30 November 2015.
